MYOB Online Learning System Requirements
If you are experiencing any difficulties in using this site or accessing any content, you should work through this document and ensure your settings are correct.

System requirements for using site
The MYOB online learning site should be easy to access on most internet configurations. To be sure you will be able to access it, or if you are experiencing difficulty in accessing it, review the following configuration settings.
Make Sure Your PC Meets or Exceeds the Following Minimum Requirements:
- Broadband connection
- Internet browser with security settings optimised to accept cookies and with pop-ups enabled
- Audio on your PC or laptop
- Screen resolution set to 1024 x 768 (minimum)
Optimise security settings
Allow pop-ups
Most internet browsers, are set to block pop-up windows by default (to stop automatic internet marketing), however to launch the online learning modules you will need to allow pop-ups. If you have clicked on a link to launch a module of the online course and nothing appears, the most common reason is that your security settings have blocked the launch.
Enable Cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites use to store information about their users, the learning management system uses cookies to store and pass on your username as you move from page to page. If you are having problems accessing and logging onto or clicking through the MYOB online learning site, then you may need to configure your browser settings so that your computer will accept cookies. Please refer to the links below for instructions on how to do this in your browser.
Review your firewall or security settings
A firewall protects a computer, or computer network, from access by unauthorized parties. If you are having problems accessing the MYOB online learning site from home or work then it is possible that your firewall's configuration is causing a problem. Please consult your antivirus documentation if at home, or your network administrator in your place of work.
